AI Utility trucks in Montana glow red

AI utility trucks that have beacons glow red until they are rendered the closer you get to it. Only seen at night and only observed on Montana map.

I have noticed the same thing. The utility pickup truck has a red texture until you get close to it. I will see if I can get a screenshot. If so, I will post it and my game log.

Confirmed.
Spotted this night two glow red utility trucks by the highway in route from Great Falls to Thompson Falls(MT).
A white or light grey utility truck, seems a Ford F-650 Super Duty, this one with telescopic platform.
My game run with the last version update and any mod is utilised.

The situation was a night, so 01.30-02.00 am.
Af first the truck come by my left, at high speed. Then directly at my left I see some inusual features. A excess of yellow beacons, a lot of beacons, like a UFO from films.
Then, with its superior speed, this truck open distance and a so 500m he became glow-fluorecent red.

So, 5 minutes later, I spotted a second coming by the oposite way.

Windows 10. 64 bits.
1.45 with last update. No mods.

I've attached screenshots of the truck glowing when far away and then not glowing when close. Sorry that is is a night time screenshot. I'll try to get some daytime screenshots.

I am not being able to reproduce this problem. According to the screenshots and video provided, I think I know which exact vehicle it is but I am also not 100% sure about because the one I think it is, it is not doing this on my end.

Do you think you could get me closer screenshots of the affected vehicle? With traffic information would be very helpful as well ( g_debug_camera 1, click on numpad 7 and hover the center of the camera towards the vehicle, it should indicate on the traffic information tool which vehicle it is ).
