Game crash when leaving Sacramento City

When leaving the city on this road, with the cargo or not, game just freeze on this moment

and then crash.
- Game version 1.45.3.1s
- Windows 10 64 bit.
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-7020U CPU @ 2.30GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce MX130
6Gb RAM
I use only Sound Fixes Pack mod latest version, however i disable it, and it didn't help the situations.
Reproducibility of the bug - Always.

The log you provided is from a normal shutdown. Please cause the game to crash again and provide that log.
