Maybe a stupid Question.....

1. is it possible in the Map editor to mark more then 1 object to change the View Distance ?

2. is it possible to change a View Distance higher than 1500m ?

Yes. Just select several objects with the mouse, then press "p" for property. Click one of the selected objects. In the property window, you can change the view distance of all selected objects OF THE SAME TYPE the one you clicked.

If you press F3, there is a dialogue which also encompass view distances of selected objects. But I have never used it, so I can't say more.
