Peformance Problem in ATS and ETS2

Hello,
I currently issuing performance issues in both American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2 were the game is stuttering/lagging/Rubberbanding. Doesn't matter what settings I have for the game. Highest or lowest.
I tried with reinstallation of both games and graphics-card without any result. This issue only appears in ATS and ETS2 not in other games. Never ever had this problem before.
First time I issued this problem was when I played TruckersMP were I had really bad Rubberbanding like Jo-jo were truck slows down and then accelerates like turbo boost and then slowing down again and again and again.
I have to mention that I have tried pure game without any mods and TruckersMP without any result. I realy like these games but I get so frustrated when I can't play as it should be played.

ETS2 - I have the same problem and it seems to be getting worse. It is very frustrating.

I have also the problem especially in Austria, Spain, large highway interchanges or reworked cities. Had to decrease the graphic settings step by step over the last few months but it is not getting better ...

I am having the same issue, really bad when driving through finland, don't know if it's bad optimization but certainly needs fixing as it's making the game unplayable. sort it out scs

Good to hear that i'm not the only-one with this kind of problem. But I'm still searching for the solution or anything that could help make the performance better in both games.

Hello,
Here comes an update.

I have tried Razer Cortex and I can say it helped me a-lot because it removed all Rubberbanding and lag, 99,7 % of it .
But I most warn you using Razer Cortex because when I was done playing the game and it restored all the services and other things it had disabled for better performance, my pc froze. All I could do was move my mouse.
Opening any app or trying to shut down my pc through the menu it didn't work. I had to restart/shut down my pc via physical button. I'm investigating on Reddit for the Razer Cortex issue now.

I had the smoothest running ETS & ATS, really enjoyable. Then a few major updates ago 1.41? they updated night lighting, occlusion this occlusion that.. whatever! Since then FPS has got worse, rubberbanding annoying. Night driving oh my god, Iberia is the pits.. lag lag lag! ATS anywhere for me at night is pointless, it's a slideshow. I have a powerful pc that can knock the spots off many games. Yet ETS and ATS are becoming a joke. I wish SCS would fix this stuff first instead of introducing daft drone cams etc.. I want cities i can drive through not look at from the air. I refuse to waste anymore money on further dlc.
