Also, the wording from SCS on the Nürnberg blog telling us there's "cool news coming soon" suggests to me that the Open Beta for 1.47 is not too far away (perhaps even next week). We'll see if there's a Swiss blog this week (we're due for one anyway) and if not, then perhaps don't expect a reworked Switzerland in 1.47.

some footage shown during the Christmas stream suggested that there was still a lot of work to do, today two months and two weeks since the stream took place it's too short to have finished the rest of the work in my opinion, I wouldn't be surprised if Switzerland didn't arrive in 1.47, of course I hope I'm wrong

Guessing these will be easy as chocolate cake. We've already found them!

Images 1 and 4 depict the factory in Bern. The rest depict the one in Geneva (or more specifically, Versoix).

There, done! Interesting how they just copied the Bern factory and pasted it in Geneva. I wonder what their reasoning is for that.

Their reasoning is probably that it's a free rework and they set a small budget for the number of hours the asset guy/gal could work on it.

All the assets in the game with exception of those that are clearly too-specific for one place are re-used from many to LOTS of times. Specially regarding industrial zones. After all, industrial structures shape use to be dictated by the usage and needs, not by aesthetics. That's why you can find really similar industrial buildings everywhere. SCS just leverages that to save tons of work for it's 3D team and probably lots of GB on our hard drive too.

We will also add the A9 road which will be the topic of a separate blog post in the future.
They did not do such blog for the A10 in Austria. I wonder why they're doing one here (other than it's a new road).
