although Kirkwood won't be in the game but the way the game may be laid out for St. Louis, you might catch a glimpse of Kirkwood. This location is perfect for dropping off things for the City Hall, police station city theatre, etc. And is a good pick up for the city's recycling center:

Now for Kansas City, here is a glimpse of Antioch Road.

Main Street entrance to Crown Center:

Also since Ride KC is extending there is a truckload of ideas for deliveries to the station such junction boxes. They are also extending up to the Riverfront as well. Best to contact RideKC and ask them where the new junction boxes will be located so that way we can know where to make the delivery.

Re: Missouri DLC ideas
Now here are some more St. Louis area stuff.
KSDK Channel 5 is nicknamed 5 On Your Side. That is the St. Louis area news station.
5 on Your Side public entrance:
https://www.google.com/maps/@38.6269285 ... &entry=ttu
5 On Your Side freight entrance:
https://www.google.com/maps/@38.6262058 ... &entry=ttu
Now if we do put in a hospital, this is the freight entrance to the hospital:
https://www.google.com/maps/@38.6469157 ... &entry=ttu
Now in the game to also help stay out of trouble when it comes to the HIPPA rule, you only use the cross or one logo for the building for the freight entrance only. And you take the name of the company you are delivering from like 42Print, or USSB, and you use that same company at the area where the hospital is located. Hospitals and many hotels are prime locations to where each time the game is called up, and the player picks a delivery and the delivery location happens to be a location of a hospital or hotel, you only have that appear on the route advisor ONLY. On the map, the name has to be a location but the overall name of that exact location is to be left blank.
Cape Girardeau also has a wide assortment of those and so does Dallas, Texas.

Re: Missouri DLC ideas
Along the southern portion of the state of Missouri, there is Cape Girardeau, Scott City which is a part of Cape, and also Branson.
Southern Expressway near VIP Industries:

Midwest Truck Sales and Towing:
https://www.google.com/maps/@37.2403857 ... &entry=ttu
Wilson Industries which is a plastic pipe maker in Gainesville and it could be reached from US 160:
https://www.google.com/maps/@36.6666458 ... &entry=ttu
Aerial shot of the Grand Country Buffet in Branson which may be kind of a tight squeeze to put in if we manage to get Branson into the game It might be the freight entrance. It might be the only deliverable item that may be right in the middle between US 65 and Gretna Road.
https://www.google.com/maps/@36.6452381 ... ?entry=ttu
The Fish Hatchery highway by looking at how many of Branson's roads are routed, it is almost just under a half a mile using the 1.20 scale. But if we were to put that place into the game as well as the large restaurant here it is:
https://www.google.com/maps/@36.5977061 ... &entry=ttu
The Fish Hatchery right now has renovations going on and this could be a good construction delivery site in the game.

Re: Missouri DLC ideas
MSD is the St. Louis area sewer system and they have several waste water treatment centers. And I think MO 231 although may be dangerous to put it in because it is 0.2667 miles east of I-55 using the 1.3 driving scale, but by looking at going Baumgartner Road to Telegraph, it turns out to that it might not be all that bad as Baumgartner of course starts out as Meramec Bottom Road and that is by using the 1.3 scale, it is 1.1667 from I-255 and Baumgartner is 0.5667 miles south of 255 using the same scale. But here is the MSD facility:

Re: Missouri DLC ideas
To continue with the Route 66 saga but in St. Louis, I-44 wold have to be closed at I-270/Geyer Road.
Here is the area where the first set of Road Closure arrows should be positioned on eastbound I-44:
https://www.google.com/maps/@38.5461021 ... &entry=ttu
Here is the 2nd set of road closure arrows should be along eastbound I-44
https://www.google.com/maps/@38.5461021 ... &entry=ttu
Here is the location of where westbound I-44 should be closed.
https://www.google.com/maps/@38.6106101 ... &entry=ttu
As for I-270, here is the closure location for southbound I-270, in Florissant, 270 runs east and west.
https://www.google.com/maps/@38.7774907 ... &entry=ttu
In Mehlville, after I-255 heads west and crosses over I-55, it becomes I-270 and heads north. Here is the location of where the closure markings should be for westbound I-255:
https://www.google.com/maps/@38.5028489 ... &entry=ttu
Schnucks Warehouse
https://www.google.com/maps/@38.7408526 ... &entry=ttu
St. Louis Air Cargo
https://www.google.com/maps/@38.7516214 ... &entry=ttu
Not far from that location is a Darwing factory where they make military airplanes.
The location where Lindbergh and I-44 and Big Bend all come together in reality is both the place of a deliverable Walbert and a rest area. I think you can get a few trucks into this place.
https://www.google.com/maps/@38.5623038 ... &entry=ttu
This could be a deliverable Halgreens
https://www.google.com/maps/@38.5863533 ... &entry=ttu
Although there is no regular loading dock at this place but many times I hear trucks pull up to this place.
Now here are some streets that may be hell at sometimes but could be done with a wee bit of shifting around:
Clay Avenue from either Essex or Adams down to Woodbine
https://www.google.com/maps/@38.584275, ... &entry=ttu
Ballas Road
https://www.google.com/maps/@38.5890164 ... &entry=ttu\
Now if you keep I-270 out of the game, you may be safe with Ballas road. For Clay, if you feel it's too dangerous, then don't put in Clay.
Manchester Road however also sees a lot of trucks on it.
Manchester Road at Brentwood where a closure of this road should take place:
https://www.google.com/maps/@38.6122065 ... &entry=ttu
As Manchester Road dips to the south a wee bit, MO route 100 continues straight. And there are two choices on where you can decide on where to cut off the western part of route 100. One option is at 109.
https://www.google.com/maps/@38.5834553 ... &entry=ttu
The other is at I-44
https://www.google.com/maps/@38.4834589 ... &entry=ttu
Here is the Road Ranger truck stop just west of I-270https://www.google.com/maps/@38.5440695,-90.440 ... &entry=ttu
Then if you turn the camera around, you are staring right at CT trucks which is a Kenworth truck dealer. To decorate the interior of the place, you can put CT Ttuck's top salesman Adam Thomas inside the building or have him standing outside. The reason why I wanted Adam Thomas in the game for the truck salesman at that place is because he is such a very nice guy to talk to when it comes to buying trucks.
Now in case you guys didn't see it, Kaldi's has a coffee distribution center on Gratiot Street. The place is also a school where they teach people how to be coffee baristashttps://www.google.com/maps/@38.6298305,-90.246 ... &entry=ttu.
Now here is where often go for coffee after recycling:
https://www.google.com/maps/@38.579978, ... &entry=ttu
At that location, I have seen once in a while a truck may park there. I don't think Station Plaza bans trucks. The train station which is caddy corner across from the place is about to undergo major renovations. Also just a block southwest of the coffee shop is another famous restaurant. which was Spencer's Grill.
Here is the beautiful station:

Re: Missouri DLC ideas
Here on 61-67 near Washington Avenue are two gas stations. But maybe on the west side could be a place to put a garage. In the Google street view, if you position the camera right, you see a historic icon which is the Sybony building which opened in 1958. It is where I went for my regular physical check ups until 1984.
Lindbergh at Washington Avenue
https://www.google.com/maps/@38.5848384 ... &entry=ttu
Here is another St. Louis Artifact. The City Museum. It houses a 1924 Wurlitzer theatre organ. The sound from the organ pipes amplifies up the freight elevator shaft. The building also has loft living as well. I think it can be deliverable. Nice place to deliver food items, chemicals for cleaning, furniture of all kinds, sugar, and beverages. It is a grand place for those who want to go there and make their own organ music album. Great way to make a sound track for people's Christmas parties. The museum has several dining choices. Both inside and outside, it's also a playground for children of all ages.

Re: Missouri DLC ideas
Well although all the stuff I have found and I am so guilty of not posting all the findings before the DLC began development, now comes the big show! Out of all of the findings, now I am so eager to see how many of them has made it into the game.
