(updates) Weather_3.1

Forum rules
SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

Weather 2.2, part 1, part 2, is correct, just download and extract, after extraction there is no part 3, way much repeated weather I decreased to 86

@juninho944 hello again, sorry to disturb you once more. I have a new question/bug report, in your latest version there seem to be a issue with change of skyboxes, they dont change, all day the same skybox is kept, it will maybe change when i sleep or if i manually change it via console, but that cant be correct? in your first versions the weather skyboxes changed during playing, which made it realistic, it is not realistic to have same set of skies during a 700 km trip from morning to evening, and it also ruin all your work since i cant see all the nice skyboxes neither can I enter bad weather or rain when driving unless i change skybox myself. Can you fix this or put old version up again? I have sadly removed old version completely from my PC.
