I might be mistaken - but I think this way, Frosty's winter will overwrite all weather 3.5.1 references to the additional skyboxes and lighting settings since all weather and climate related SII-files are the same for the whole game (Vanilla, as well as Grimes as well as Weather 3.5.1) and just get overwritten by the mod on top of the other. It works 👍, but I'd be surprised if you would see anything of Weather 3.5.1. You just could remove Weather 3.5.1 and most probably would get the same result.
On the other side, if you put it below Weather 3.5.1 (as suggested by Juninho), then you won't get Frosty's winter lighting.

Imho, all Grimes seasons generally work fine with Juninho's Weather, but you have to put them the other way round in the load order in order to profit both from
- Grimes' seasonal textures (leaves, flowers, autumn)
- Weather's additional skyboxes and lighting

except Winter / Frosty:
Since this year, I prefer driving Frosty without Juninho's Weather again since winter has such a special atmosphere and lighting which isn't included in Weather.

I can't play without this mod any more since I discovered it. There are two main reasons for this: the vanilla weather was ruined some time ago, so instead of rain with an overcast sky, it rains with hardly any clouds. On top of that, the heavy fog weather has been completely removed (although it is still present in the weather update game trailer). This mod restores proper cloudy skies during rain and fog, and the skyboxes are beautiful.

You can't, it isn't possible: Either you have only rain, or only snow. This because all snow assets and settings use and overwrite the rain assets and settings => so you can't have both at the same time in the game. => If you want to have rain, you'll either have to remove Grimes Frosty temporarily, or load a rain mod on top of all of them, and remove it, when you want snow again.

I use the Weather 3.5.1 mod without any issues with Removed - Rule 2.3 in ATS, but when I do the same in ETS2, I encounter a pink sky problem. What could be the reason?

I'm torn between this and Brutal Weather...That one seems to add a lot of different things all at once, does this one have similar other features or is it just skyboxes?

This mod and Grimes' mods are the best graphics mods out there. Thank you @juninho944

Thanks juninho944 for this mod!!! I've never tried it before and it's shocking how improves the game! Specially the rainy weather, I could feel that outside of my truck it was a real storm going out  !

I've tried both and this one is much better by miles.

@juninho944 - Thanks for the 2K option. I'm trying it out in ATS and I've seen some great skies :)
