seeking to isolate sounds - help please

Trying to find a way to isolate/turn off/turn down just the train horns and weigh station warning beep without affecing other sounds along with increasing only tire whine and wind noise (beyond windows down and slider bar at max).
And while even more of a stretch, is there a way to increase the frequency of the sound and visual affect that occurs when hitting bumps at speed (like at some bridges)? Increase cab jolts in other words.

Any help would be appreciated.
