- Yes
Can it be implemented under the current technology used by the game? (I.E, is it too demanding on the games engine or would it require a complete change in the code base of the game?)
- Yes
Does your idea add enough to gameplay to be worth the time invested in implementing it? (For instance, adding a "walk around the truck and inspect the brakes, tires and clamps" doesn't really add to gameplay. It's just a cinematic event.)
- Yes
Consider how your idea affects other aspects of the game. A "random tire blowout" simulation may affect the delivery times needed. Otherwise players will find that getting paid nothing because of a random tire blowout quite annoying and boring. Likewise, having more time for delivery means less pressure under normal circumstances.
- No other aspects of gameplay will be affected outside of the map
How many players will/may enjoy your requested feature? For instance, if you were to ask for force feedback simulation in your custom FFB gear selector... How many players would be able to enjoy this as only a few may own the device in question.
- I consider those changes would be welcome by all players who own the Iberia DLC
Does your idea have any discussion value that warrants a separate thread? If it's a small and simple idea then it belongs in the Wishlists Megathread.
- Yes. Unfortunately due to time constraints, many of the busiest parts of Lisbon had to be cut from the DLC. The list of potential roads which could make part of this westwards expansion could be:
- Avenida Brasília: This route is present as a non-transitable road. It is used by trucks to access the port from western Lisbon. Presenting this route would allow the city to feature three of their most known monuments: Padrão dos Descobrimentos, Belém Tower and Jerónimos Monastery (the last two are UNESCO World Heritage Sites), which could be added to the Lisbon intro cinematic or even gain their own landmark cinematic.
- A36 / Circular Regional Interna de Lisboa: Already present from Ponte Vasco da Gama to Loures, fully expansion would bring the road to its extension until its end near Avenida Brasília
- "Segunda Circular": The beltway which precedes A1. It starts near the Humberto Delgado airport, receiving several names during its extension, starting as Avenida Marechal Craveiro Lopes and being renamed Radial de Sintra after the intersection with CRIL. This road would make possible an area with at least a new company and a proper placement for the Lisbon garage which is now located close to Setúbal.
