I wonder if after the engine upgrade, if some time can get pushed to more new things pertaining to road contact. Road feedback, Brake fade and tire wear affecting braking and grip would be nice. Not to the point where we loose control but good enough to notice performance lost and feedback. If we ever get seasons and more realistic weather conditions, at least tire performance come into play. Iirc, there is some tire slippage now but we don't have drastic weather nor various weather conditions to make it more impactful.
My post are only thoughts and ideas. Don't assume it makes ATS.

Does anyone know, if SCS' own dropdeck with tarp as an owned trailer will get paint jobs one day and not only simple colors? Thanks!

It would be nice if truck Repairs only (engine, brakes, tires, oil changes, grease, etc. etc.) were separate from Damage.
I would run a Repair nod, but still keep a No Damage mod active as VTXcnME said. AI reminds me of the idiots in real life, but worse.

I just changed the damage def file to work only with wear, not with hitting another car. I hope it's working correctly, because I didn't hit anybody yet.

Another thing I've found with 1.46, and probably been a problem for a long time, and I believe I've complained about this before. I just picked a Service Boat to deliver. It was on the long drop deck with the attached extra dollies front and rear. there was a dumpster and chain link fence right in front of it. No room no matter how you tried to get the whole rig out, the center of the trailer was unable to clear the building and get out for delivery because of the fence in front of the truck. So I had to abandon the load and lost 12,000 dollars. When this happens there should be no penalty. I'm not too worried as I'll just go back to the last delivery save and restart from there. But it really is a PITA when it happens.
Someone has to stop setting up loads like this or figure out a way so it doesn't happen. These really long loads need to be out in the open with a clear shot to get out of where it's picked up. No matter who the company is and their building layout.

Was it a WoT job? If not, you can devcam to a spot that works. Not a fix, but a momentary solution.

I don't think it was WOTR, because you don't get a 12k fine there for abandoning the job.

I noticed with the new photo mode we no longer have the ability to toggle player lights while in a convoy session. This was very handy in low lighting situations when taking screenshots. I hope SCS will consider adding this feature again, it was very useful
