"May or may not" is very vague. It's not meant to give a clear indication that one option is more likely than the other.

According to my assumption, one of the licensing conditions was the linking of the new MAN to HoR. But HoR was postponed, and they do not want to violate the SCS license.

That's not True, But Anyway, the whole world now is looking at the World Cup, I don't expect anything from SCS.

If MAN want Advertisement, it's not really the time for it.
