SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

Traffic Trucks and Trailers

Hi everyone,

I'm having a bit of a headache setting up traffic trucks and trailers, and hope the experts can point me in the right direction!

I've added my own company trailer skins to traffic, and I've done the same with truck skins. But how do I set them so that my trailers are only hauled by my trucks, and my trucks only haul my trailers?

I created this mod in MS2, then removed the trailer_chains[]: "truck_semi" line from the .sui file, leaving only my company trailer chain entry. I'm seeing the trucks and trailers in traffic, but the trucks are currently still hauling default trailers as well as my company trailers, and my company trailer are still being hauled by default trucks as well as my company trucks. :?

I feel like the problem is glaringly obvious, but I'm clearly missing something.
