Speculation changelogs for 1.47:

Feature:
- Trucking School

Map:
- Regional signs for Germany
- City core reworks (exclude areas redone in 1.40): Stuttgart, Frankfurt am Main and Erfurt


Vehicles:
- New AI Vehicles
- New ownable trailers: Gas tankers and livestock trailers (As seen on SCS Christmas Stream)
- JOST fifth wheel for rest of trucks
- Reworked engine sound for NG DAF

Gameplay:
- Blind spot warning
- Traction control
- Full implementation of ACC and AEB (found in settings)
- Loading screens for Hanover, Frankfurt, Erfurt and Stuttgart reworks
- An ability to open interior sun visors for all trucks
- Custom intros for Road to the Black Sea DLC, Stuttgart and Frankfurt reworks.

I hope they're working on a more realistic automatic transmission system, because the current way of "programming" them in the game is beyond terrible.

SCS please do somthing about seasons add winter in game I have been playing ets2 and ats since it was released and it became boring we need new challenges like driving on snow and slippery roads people have been asking for 10 years and nothing has changed

Like f4ntom stated auto transmission needs to be rewritten from scratch and to be retired from using shift points, TCS is something I want for a long time and ABS too, blind spot i doubt it will ever come, JOST Fifth wheel for older scs trucks like r2009, streamline, magnum etc... i think it won't happen as it will look out of place and probably that fifth wheel has more polygons than whole truck model. Ability to open sun visors doubt that too.

Still would like the UK to be re-worked, Also, ownable car transporters would be nice. Asked in another area but not heard anything. And winter weather would be good too.

Yeah auto transmissions suck, impossible to keep the smaller engines near the 2000 rpm power band under full load, plus the delay between brake and throttle is awful. Hard to do quick braking that doesn't completely kill speed.

I will post it again (and again and again....). The only thing I want to be in 1.47 is truck-trailer position (roofs height) fix on most of its combinations. Now it looks like trucks are in different scale than trailers. There is picture with worst ingame combination Volvo FH with Krone Profiliner. Volvo is higher than trailer even without this wrong roof spoiler.

1 - Of course it's going to be higher, the whole truck model is bad and completely out of scale.
2 - The trailer sinking into the fifth wheel even more while being loaded, surely does not help.
3 - This is not the only truck where this issue happens.

And lastly, SCS won't fix this. I and many other users have already voiced out our displease with this situation (Especially with the trailer sinking issue) and their answer was: "We'll fix it when WE find it convenient and worth the effort". And regarding the truck itself, they also won't fix it, you WILL have to wait for the new Volvo FH 2020 to come into the game.

They could at least add spoiler options for the smaller cabs, that would compensate the size.

And make proper spoiler for this variant. I really hope, they will update this model with 2020 release, but I don't believe it will happen.

55sixxx: I would't mind so much if it was just one model. But situation is that there are more models plagued with this than others. Even new Scania is higher than trailers.
