auriga1001 wrote: 07 Dec 2022 09:19 @alexgordon426 You have to unzip the 5 files to get 3 main mod files (weather 2.3, weather 2.3 part1, weather 2.3 part2) and a folder 'optional addon'
yea i already did that but i dont understand why there is 5 different folders though what does each one do different. when i looked at all of them each one has the same files in them besides optional is empty for 4 of them

@alexgordon426 It's just one big file split into five smaller ones, possibly because the file size is limited in the upload. In a way, you just put the small files back together into a large one and then you get the actual mod files. So there are no hidden files or directories included
Windows 11 Home (23H2)
MSI MAG X570S Torpedo MAX Mainboard, AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 3,7 (4,9)GHz, G.Skill 32GB Ram DDR-4 3200

Gigabyte RTX4070 Eagle 12GB

Given the order of pieces of the mod, the grimes mod goes below it, and the "addon" for grimes mod should be above the weather mod, right ? Because if not, i wonder why i have using "Grimes New Summer" mod so much ground and other fog, which doesnt fit to summer. In the ATS version i dont have that. Is my order of mod files wrong, or is ground fog normal in Summer for ETS2 ? ;)
I might get easily frustrated and say something wrong on occasion, but I never really mean it. Please do what I often cant, dont take it too personal. And please forgive me. Thanks guys. :)

yeah getting the same thing here, had to remove grimes for now.
The "arid hot" error is coming from this mod, not grimes.... Sometimes its harmless, other times it makes the game freeze for 0.5 seconds specially when two of those show up in the game log one after another.
Is there any way to fix ? (as the fix posted doesnt seem to do anything about it...)

Btw, i still had the "REALISTIC RAIN" mod above the whole thing, and that's why I had rain. I removed that, and voila, snow :)

@juninho944 Will you consider a scaled down version at some point for easier downloading/lower spec pcs?

I would love to run this in convoy, but it's a bit big. A 2k version with like 50 skies (5 night, 15 sunrise, 15 day, 15 sunset) would be amazing for a group with differing computing capabilities.

Thanks again for your hard work.

killingjoke28336:Have you considered putting your mod on the Steam workshop? Would be more convenient not to download every update manually.

later I will check, how to put
