SCS as a company do not wish to have paid mods on this forum. While we understand that not all paid mods use the Intellectual Property of other companies/people, it is very hard to moderate what is and isn't acceptable when money is involved. There are also concerns that it could look unfavorable to potential work partners going forward if SCS allow mods that may potentially use unlicensed branding.

Re: (update) Weather_2.6
Is there a big difference between 4k & 8k? Ive been using 4k from steam for about awhile now. I tried brutal weather last night but too many different bugs in that mod so i came back to weather 2.5

I'm not sure how high the "cost" is on your system - I have a higher end rig and don't see any performance gains/losses between 8K and 4K.

Black sky for me.

Console is flooded with errors like this. On top of all mods. Not using any graphical mods. Workshop version.

Then to fix your issue, start the game in DX mode. The snippet from your log shows you are using OpenGL.

Re: (update) Weather_2.6
Yeah none of these skybox mods seem to work in OpenGl, haven't figured out how to fix it yet.
Re: (update) Weather_2.6
You need to resave all of the textures and make sure they've been saved in the right format.

Re: (update) Weather_2.6
Yeah it's the specifics that are tricky, I need to extract the original files to see what format they are in, my usual conversion process doesn't work.
