Oh my mistake, I thought this part of Mexico was "shifted over" due to how the map was, it seems the map is just missing these regions, specifically Tamaulipas, Nuevo Leon, and Coahuila. I assume those parts were included in the main mod but I guess not, are they being remade or were they removed because I swear there was a road from Laredo to Nuevo Leon?
