[Wyoming DLC] Truck blocking middle and turn lane [0197380]

In Cody Wyoming, a truck was going on a turn lane but stops and stays blocking both the turn and middle lane.
Game version: 1.46.2.4s
Windows 10 (64 bit)
Reproducibility of the bug: always
truck stop while on middle lane ;[01/12/2022 19:09:57] (sec-0013-0009);-51567.2;95.7377;-35921.5;2.5645;-0.336352

its not just Wyoming, but seems to be a general AI issue across map
