In the 60s and early 70s if you pulled a bull rack you were not required to mainatain a log book. Bull haulers was exempt. Back then GVW was 73,280. 32,000 per tandem axel, 20,000 on a single axel. Allowed 10 % over GVW and axel weight. Scales would fluctuate about 3_5 % do to livestock movment.
