Traffic wont move at random road events

Does this happen to anyone else, or is it just me? Seems to be an issue when doing convoys. I'm not going to bother with a bug report because I have mods, including a map mod that I made. But it only changes sectors in portland. Not down in California. The only way to get traffic moving again is to alt+tab out of game. Or to start to drive around the stopped car. Just a small peeve of mine.

I see a lot of not moving traffic in Texas, and traffic bumping into each other at lights etc. resulting in me standing there for 10+ minutes.
Traffic from both directions being so busy that they keep waiting for each other to not occupy crossings. Things like that.

It's almost a ' stand in traffic simulator'.

This is a known issue with traffic spawning inside a random road event causing jams. I believe the developers are looking into it but currently no know time frame on a fix.

It not only happens in road events. Ive been blocked many times in weight stations entrances, runabouts, etc.

This is a random road event problem though, what you are talking about is a separate traffic issue.
