Ignition, and engine starting

If we anable the ignitoin keybind, it should be possible, to have a checkmark in the settings menu, to hold down the starter button in order for the engine to start. If we held it for too short, the engine would not start. If we held it for too long, it could break, and do a grinding sound randomly, instead of starting, like it doesn't start if the engine is broken. This feature would give us more realism, please consider adding it.
