getting fps drop on quick travel again

as title says getting fps drop on quick travel when holding the right mouse button to move i only have 18 mods

they are

Promods
Frosty
Eurafrica
and a few steam workshop mods which are
Magpie Transport
Sound fixes pack v22.99 - ETS2
JC Amateur Sound Effects Pack
JC's Amateur Engine Pack
Really Real Company Names

any way how to fix this i have to keep restarting my computer then opening the game when i first start up my computer

well I am using the mods for a convoy on multiplayer so I can't remove them
