Of course, if you set it to 60 FPS or more, the usage rate will increase and the FPS will also increase. Now, I think it's normal PC behavior so far, but I have a problem. If you limit yourself to 60FPS and play, the FPS will drop. Before changing the CPU, there were almost no symptoms shown above.
CPU changed from i7 8700 to i9 9900KF.
