Re: [dedicated server] not showing up in list
I can now see my server in the server browser after doing the actions listed below.
ETS2 client can connect with session search id.
It is expressed in the form of "85568392925767505/101".
That id can be used at convoy search box.
If you want to list your server, you have to get a Steam login token.
Please see readme. URL is https://steamcommunity.com/dev/managegameservers.
App ID is not that for dedicated server (1948160). Must be base game (227300).
Server settings are affected by the situation when exporting from the game.
If you export config with mod instaled, player must install these mods.
And if you export the settings in vanilla and enable the optional mod in the server settings, you will not be able to search from the server browser.
I recommend export with some small mods (like #TruckAtHome).
The default setting for convoy search is "mod enabled, no optional mods" (all mods, including mods with optional flags, must match the server).
If you use that settings, "MOD enabled, optional mod enabled" server cannot be found.
Check your search filter.
- Make sure you can connect to your server from within your network.
- Server session must be persistent. Need Steam Login Token.
- It's important when you run "export_server_config" because of mod setting.
- Session search specifications are unfriendly. Advanced filter settings and server settings must be matched.

Re: [dedicated server] not showing up in list
You don't need to own the game and anonymous mode is enough.
There are possible reasons
- your session hidden because of filters
- you are still hidden behind NAT

Re: [dedicated server] not showing up in list
By default, even if you launch server via steam client, server uses anonymous account.
If you want server to be linked to some account, you have to provide logon token. Token linked to account you used to create it.

Re: [dedicated server] not showing up in list
My issue was fixed when I enabled a TCP & UDP port forwarding for the ports set in the config, default 27015 and 27016.
Re: [dedicated server] not showing up in list
oh i only had tcp open i will try open udp aswell
Re: [dedicated server] not showing up in list
So far so good seems like the udp port was missing, hope they will add that to readme that both TCP and UDP need to be forwarded
i will come back if the server disconnect again
disconnected after 1 hour approx
