noob error everytime on pack mod

That error is not that helpful. Anytime there is an error with any sort of add-on in Blender, you're going to get a wall of error text that can be confusing.

When it comes to the Conversion Tools add-on, which is responsible for packing a mod, you will want to navigate to your mass_convert.log (located in conversion_tools_2_13 >> bin >> win_x86) and read through it. Any errors relevant to packing the mod will be in there.
