Automat Folder

Hello everybody,
after loading a new Mod in Blender and exporting it in game, I realize that in the Automat folder I find many old Automat files that have nothing to do with it.
They are files uploaded in the past even having previously deleted everything in the folder where I save the export Pim/Pit files.
Can you tell me if there is a way to delete old Automat files?
