GPS color abnormal

Dear Specialists, I encountered an issue while made a GPS for international9900i, The GPS's color seemed that has a pink mask above at night or to say without lights.

You can tell the road's color is supposed to be white as the color of a GPS mirror I made outside. The abnormal color turns better under the light of lamp:

It's fine at daytime.

And this is the setting of Blender:
