if SCS was able to implement raindrops and so forth, then im sure that dirtyness is on the list too. what do the people at SCS think of it?

For the time being there's this mod that adds various dirty windows. Discontinued and I don’t know if it’s still working as of 1.47 but worth a try.

Mappers and asset team work cities and maps. Programmers and perhaps a skinning artist would be responsible for getting dirt on trucks. Totally different responsibilities so time isn't wasted on cities if mappers are not responsible for dirt of vehicles.Maximum Overdrive wrote: ↑22 Mar 2023 19:37 I like the idea but I doubt we'll see it implemented soon cuz there are more important things to fix atm. Not that SCS is doing anything to fix them (apparently they prefer to waste their time reworking cities rather than fixing the more serious problems), but still...
My post are only thoughts and ideas. Don't assume it makes ATS.

I think it is something to do with the licensing agreement . The truck manufacturers are not keen on seeing their brand dirty or damaged in the game and so SCS have to give the ideas a miss

Dirt has nothing to do with licensing, damage might have. Still wee see licensed trucks with even damage in other games.Bobble2020 wrote: ↑06 Jun 2023 17:13 I think it is something to do with the licensing agreement .
