Bug with skills "Dangerous Goods" category [207416]

Hello,

I found out here that skills in the "Dangerous Goods" category are not gold colored. He remains of the blue color (When selected) However, I have already acquired his skills as shown here in this image.

Here I acquired three ranks in the category of "Just-in-time delivery. On the right, rank 1, 2 and 3 are in gold color as well as the text of each of these three ranks

Here, I have three ranks left to acquire. They are therefore not golden in color because I have not yet acquired these ranks 4, 5 and 6

It may not be a bug as such, but it is a slightly confusing UX.
