Hahahaha, there's a giant green doll on the sidewalk, I didn't even remember that 😂😂😂

Looking back now, the images were not of great quality, 4k is still not enough for the final process, not even on a cell phone. But I'm happy to have helped with something and to have learned how to do something new, it was a cool process.
When I can swap out my GPU for a better one, maybe I'll take some more higher quality photos to fill the map with more places.
Speaking of cell phones: The map that we have when we enter the Street View is very large, it is covering the navigation arrows.

But anyway, it's great to see the map growing and improving, the only thing missing is navigation, when it comes, it will be perfect!

Yes, when you upgrade your GPU, I'd be happy to add more panos to the project :D (I think 8k x 4k screenshots are the bare minimum... that's roughly the resolution my manually-stitched panos came out to)

Also: thanks for reminding me about the mobile experience: I've recently spent some time making my Navigator app responsive so it works on a wider range of devices, so I'll use those learnings to improve the map.

And: adding routing/navigation to the map is on my list... I just need more free time 🫠

Hi, is it possible to mark the roads on Scania Demo Centre, as well as race track near Tucson, AZ and PACCAR Techincal Center in WA as drivable? Right now they're shown as very faint lines, like scenery roads. It's not a big deal, so no rush, but it's somewhat bothering me.

Done :)

I guess these roads are marked as "don't show in UI", which is why they're styled as scenery roads in my map. I watched some YouTube videos showing players drive these roads, and the in-game GPS just has a marker in the middle of empty space. For the purposes of the slippy map, they're considered "secret", which seems appropriate given that in order to access them, you need to drive through secret roads.

Note: I've never visited these places before, and the roads + prefabs I've marked as driveable are based on my watching of YouTube videos. If anything needs correction, please let me know.

Also: the Scania Demo Centre has dirt roads, but such roads aren't supported in my map... yet (they're represented in the data as Terrain items, which I know how to parse... just gotta revive that old Terrain data work I started months ago 🫠).

Supporting terrain roads sounds like a great idea. Even a basic visualization of dirt paths would really improve how the map feels, especially for places like test tracks. You could, for example, give them a different line style or color so it’s immediately clear they’re not regular paved roads. It would also make route planning and exploring less obvious areas a lot easier.

Adding terrain roads to the navigation graph sounds like an interesting idea...

Do you know of any other areas in the game maps that have dirt roads? I'd like to get a good sample of them so I can figure out a decent way to filter them from other non-road terrain items.

It seems like your map shows fuel stations that are made for cars and not available for trucks. It would be nice if you could somehow filter them out.

Do you have a few examples of these fuel stations?

Well, one for sure is at LA-82 and LA-14 corner (coords from your map 18931.7,50360.2)
On LA-14 in Lake Charles, one next to USBB 14528.4,49086.8, one next to exit 8 on I-210 14465.4,49504
Two in Los Angeles near I-10 and 42 Print: -102970.7,16856.6 and -102832.2,17094.9

I also noticed that you have each pump on your map shown. For example, here -33673.1,-47705 in Glendive, the pumps on the north are for trucks and pumps on the east are for cars. Same on the fuel station across the I-94 at -33789.6,-48252.5: northern pumps are for trucks, southern are for cars.
