The background is completel blank for a moment. If you look from the left or right you can see everything. If you look straight ahead there is a white wall - see pic:

I've read and researched that. I have no mods. This white wall is only visible for a very short time and only (as already described) from the front. At the point shown in the map below on the right. If you look left or right you can see the street and street signs, but if you look ahead (it's only a few meters) it looks like the picture.

You can see this on the bottom right of the map. Exactly where the blue arrow is.

Developers ask for coordinates as that is more precise. And the game log shows what your in game settings are, what your system specs are and whether you have mods active.
