[OREGON DLC] Hills on the background disappearing several times in Portland

Driving from the KenWorth factory to Interstate I5 direction, in Portland (Oregon), you can easily see the hills on the background appear and disappears several times.
That problem is NOT due to my settings, but due to a bug.
