You're welcome!

Better Raindrops doesn't affect thunder and lightning. You need a mod that changes env_data.sii, it has a line thunderstorm_probability, set it to 0 to disable unwanted storm effects.
If you don't have other weather/graphics mods then download archive, move it to your mod folder and activate in Mod Manager. It already has thunder disabled, but you can open it and edit values to your liking
