import/export issues since 1.47

Having import and export issues. I tried blender 3.4 and even downgraded to 3.3 with the same issues. I'm working on some prefab mods and wasn't having any issues before. Primarily going on with converting my textures. I pull my preferred texture into paint.net, make sure the size is 4096x4096 and save as TGA with 32bit. Texture shows up fine in blender and exports with no errors, but I keep getting an error when converting saying failed to open texture object. In game, doesn't work right. Shows up as pink and white checkered texture. Have the latest SCS tools, latest converterpix wrapper (I don't know how to install or update the converterpix from mwl4? Maybe that might help if I can get some good instruction on how to do that? I'm on windows, didn't have these issues before the 1.47 update. Should I just downgrade to 1.46? I'm not sure what to do at this point

Sounds more like a pathing issue than an issue with the texture itself. Check that you've defined the location correctly.
