Theres no railway traffic spawning at railway crossing on road from Praha to Nurimberg

Launch parameters __NV_PRIME_RENDER_OFFLOAD=1 __VK_LAYER_NV_optimus=NVIDIA_only is used to force use of Nvidia instead Intels graphics adapter and has nothing to do with this bug.

This railroad crossing is still based on an old system, where mover items were used for trains instead of actual AI traffic. In this particular case, there's no train mover item and so there are no trains. I expect this to be fixed sometime in the future when SCS decides to rework the Czech republic officially.

Its not only this one broken there are multiple of them. I cant check evry but hey if SCS release beta 1.48 and they still be broken you guessed it report will be made again i dont care. Also the Linux version of ETS2 has bug that seems like exist since first release for Linux in 2013.

What are you doing SCS ???? Seriosly fix your game !

And it's so low down on priority list you're unlikely to see a fix until the area is rebuilt.
