Stats not being synchronized

Hey guys ive been playing for a while now (lvl 28) and recently started looking more into the game, I'm playing thru steam and have all the DLC's, I've attached my account from world of trucks but for some reason I can't get a hold of loads from outside or even my account information it's not updating with the official website, did anyone encounter this issue and howbto fix it?

Only external jobs update on the website, freight market and other jobs are only tracked in game.

Thank you for the reply but unfortunately my external jobs are empty and was never able to find this type of jobs, I've reinstalled steam, than the game, and nothing happened, cloud is connected, wot server saying connected, anything I can try ?
