Garage icon is not rotating

Game version: 1.48.0.64
Reproducibility: Always
OS: WIndows 11 64bit

The icon of garage is not rotating like that of others (gas station, toll booth etc...).
In the video below, we can see the house and truck on the center of green icon is not rotating.

The video was recorded at the garage in Klagenfurt, but this issue seems to present in every garage.

Icon far from players rotate freely but icon near player rotate toward player
On road since 10th October 2016
