There's two problems here. The backhoe's bucket arm should not be sticking up like that, it would be lowered for transport, but that bridge is way to low anyway, I'm sure there are other cargo types that wont fit under it. Even with a box trailer you'd only clear that beam by a few inches. I think this is interchange got updated with the Oklahoma DLC because you couldn't go north before.

Here is a similar, real world load on a similar trailer for comparison:

How many bug reports will it take before they finally decide to fix the backhoe

I've made a report about the backhoe loader.
QA: 220969
I did not make a report about the bridge. If a regular non-oversize trailer fits, then it is within the legal height clearances for trucks.

The bridge is still too low. I browsed the trailer listing and saw a few that looked like they might not fit, and tested a few.supersobes wrote: 13 Aug 2023 23:12 I did not make a report about the bridge. I loaded a no-mods profile and could only find one of them, the Transformer. It doesn't get stuck, but it clips through the bridge.
I had to go back to my normal profile to find some of the others, which has mods, but nothing that alters the roads.
The Circuit Breakers do hit the bridge and get stuck. The Cotton Harvester, like the transformer, doesn't get stuck because it clips through the bridge. My regular truck's exhaust just barely makes it under. I saw a few more, but I didn't test every one of them.

Re: [Texas/Oklahoma DLC] Bridge too Low (and cargo too tall)
Are there signs informing drivers of the overheight clearance restriction at this Texas location?supersobes wrote: 13 Aug 2023 23:12 I did not make a report about the bridge. If a regular non-oversize trailer fits, then it is within the legal height clearances for trucks.
IIRC this issue first came up in Portland, where such signs had been added. At the time, the signs were the reason to not consider this a bug: viewtopic.php?t=290022
As far as I can see, no such signs exist at this Texas bridge, which means they should be added, in my opinion (unless the bridge itself loses the collision, of course). With such signs, I'd agree no change is required. However, I might add that this opinion is not necessarily shared by all developers, as you can see here for a report on yet another bridge:

It will be fixed ASAP.
Thank you for the report!QA[89593]

You make a good point about the lack of signage for it to be realistic. I have made a report about the bridge. In my report, I suggested that if raising the bridge is not preferred to keep the realistic height, then clearance signage should be considered.

Side note about this, the exhaust on the Freightliner Cascadia is taller than it should be, which is a separate issue on its own that has already been reported.

I found the real interchange on Google Maps. The game is close, but slightly different. I followed the road back a to the previous interchange and didn't see any low bridge warnings. The real bridge looks kind of low, but not as low in game, and it doesn't have the beam going over it.supersobes wrote: 21 Aug 2023 14:47 You make a good point about the lack of signage for it to be realistic. Really? I had to go back and look through my screen shots and find the first one with the Freightliner and it's been like that since release. Is that ever going to get fixed? That's going to bother me now. I prefer a single stack exhaust, but I'm going to have to remove it now until/if it gets fixed. I switch between trucks, but the Freightliner is my most used truck.supersobes wrote: 21 Aug 2023 14:47 Side note about this, the exhaust on the Freightliner Cascadia is taller than it should be, which is a separate issue on its own that has already been reported.
