Real AI Country Spawns Add-on for Jazzycat

Hi!

I'd like to present you my years of work - This is an ADD-ON to Jazzycat's traffic pack

This add-on sets all cars to REAL SPAWNS BY COUNTRY they appear in. Every country has custom setting of all cars spawning, according to the real traffic and car brands popularity. Spawns follow also country's wealth, which means no more luxury cars on every corner in less wealthy countries like Romania or Macedonia for example. I studied those countries using sells statistics and dashcam videos from most countries, this is actually result of several years of work and contant improving. I had this for my private use, but I decided to share it publicly now.

Add-on also fixes spawning of cars in left-drive countries, like United Kingdom or Ireland, with wrong-positioned steering wheel and driver - by disallowing cars that don't have model for these countries. There is an exception for vans with UK skins, which would be missing on UK roads otherwise. So I left them to spawn, although they still have driver and steering wheel on the left side instead of right side of the car like they should in those countries.

Countries with spawns set are all SCS countries. Add-on also supports and set spawns for these map mods: Promods, Promods Middle-East, Promods Great Steppe, Road to Asia and Road To Africa (by Terramaps), Java Road Revolution map (= Indonesia map), Maghreb map mod (North part of Africa), Heart of Africa and Horn of Africa maps.

List of other fixes:
- Most horribly modeled cars removed from traffic: Audi RS6 Avant '20, Porsche Taycan, Skoda Octavia '20, Volkswagen LT.
- Resized models of Jazzycat's cars - Ford Galaxy, Ford Kuga '13, Mercedes-Benz G-Class '18, S-Class W223 and Vito, Vito W447, Peugeot 106 and Peugeot 3008 '17, Skoda Kodiaq, Tesla Model S from ATS, VW Arteon.
- Resized and remodeled SCS cars - Kia Ceed SW, Skoda Fabia and Skoda Octavia '09
- With SGD's consent, I've replaced Jazzy's Peugeot 206 and VW Golf 4 with stock versions from SGD's pack for more realism, as Jazzy's Golf R32 is incredibly rare thing.
- Cars that aren't domestic in Europe removed from traffic: Fiat Palio Weekend '04 (This facelift version in the pack was sold in South America only.), Mitsubishi Lancer VIII and IX (Both are Evo version without spoilers, better version in sports_pack by Traffic_Maniac.)
- I got back SCS Skoda Fabia which was removed in 1.48 update for no reason (SCS set its spawn to almost zero).
- Fixed rear lamp-masks for SCS Fiat Ducato van and VW Passat B8 Variant.
- Replaced tuning rear lamp texture for mk.1 Dacia Logan.
- Added tags for Jazzycat's vehicles, allowing them to park in parking places where originally only SCS vehicles spawned.

WHEELS FIXING
- fixed too small or too big wheels for dozens of cars, both SCS and Jazzycat's.

REAL COLOURS
- added real colours for most of SCS cars and several Jazzycat's cars, completely new generic colour palette (since v. 21.8) for vehicles that do not have custom colours.

NEW FEATURES

- NEW VEHICLE - Mitsubishi Fuso Canter, derived from SCS's sweeper (ciy streets cealing small truck)
- NEW VEHICLE- Mercedes-Benz Sprinter from ATS, converted from originally RV to box/flatbed van in 6 variants!

- Custom car trailer - made from SCS map prop and converted to be functional in traffic:

- Added open cabrio variant of Jazzycat's Peugeot 206 CC.

- Trailer variety - each Jazzycat's car with hook now can tow more trailers than one, just like SCS trucks. That means you can once spot that car with caravan trailer, once with the buggy trailer or car trailer. Trailers for cars now have frequency of spawn, which means more common trailers like caravan trailer spawn more often than technical trailer like transformator or driller trailer.

- Expensive or modern cars have xenon/LED lights shade on road surface.

- Version v21.8.13A and newer removes SCS fictional/GTA styled cars from traffic, to keep the traffic realistic.


LINK and compatibility
This version is only compatible with Jazzycat's AI traffic pack v21.8.14 for ETS2 version 1.60.

You need to download Jazzycat's AI traffic pack in order to work! Place my add-on ABOVE the Jazzycats's AI pack in the mod manager! Place it above mod maps!

ATTENTION: This add-on already includes all settings for SCS AI cars. You don't need my other mod, Real SCS AI Spawns, it's together incompatible and gives errors!

That's nice, do you plan on expending it to his other traffic packs? Some of the models in the truck traffic pack (for exemple) are of sometime uh, questionable quality.

Thanks In the future, I might set real spawns also for Traffic_Maniac's Classic cars pack, because country spawning from the pack is very questionable, it's dumb to meet cars from former Eastern Bloc in West European countries, like East-German Trabant in Spain or Iceland, if we're talking about Promods. So that might be my future goal. I don't plan on working with Jazzycat's truck or bus pack.

Anyway, back to the topic Did you try my add-on? What are your thoughts?

Very big fan of this mod, I started doing something similar a while back but gave up because it was too much work.
I've got something in WIP form at the moment which is adding realistic colour choices to SCS AI vehicles (i.e. each car having colours it had available in real life so no more bright yellow 308s), once I'm finished with and have published that it would be a nice accompanying mod to this.

I think it doesn't work for me, but that's because I'm using version v20.9, (jazzycat ai traffic pack) and I tested this spawn mod so far only in Germany and Austria, and unfortunately at night, early morning and evening, during the day I didn't have the option

@Trucker Nik It's ETS2 only. It doesn't work with v20.9 - in the main post I said that add-on and Jazzycat pack has to have the same version number, so find older version of Jazzycat's pack, v20.8. I also said that I will update once in two versions of Jazzycat's pack, so next update of my add-on will be for v 21.0 of Jazzycat's pack (in this version, he didn't even add any car, just car trailer). I did my best, for players that seek realism in traffic, this add-on is kinda must-have It definitely was A LOT of work, I can assure you, not only studying the car markets and car brands popularity, but also setting all Jazzycat cars to correct spawns, and there are hundreds of cars. I would do colours for SCS cars too, as for my private use I have all vehicle colours set - but I don't update my game anymore, I am sick of SCS changes which damaged my older private mods, so I stayed at older version of the game. I am kinda scared of SCS changes, which often damage/destroy/change functions of any mods, like they did to my own. So less files that do something, the better. I might consider that, to add the colours. Yeah, yellow Peugeot 208 or Kia Cee'd is odd Anyway, I would appreciate your recommendation of my add-on to more players, to improve their game too
