Is there an ETA on a fix? I really miss the ETS 2. I can't downgrade to the latest stable version as I've made a lot of progress while on this beta.

It looks like it is fixed as of 1.48.5.53.

There's no fix for 226732 according to the changelog:

However I was able to launch the game just fine by rolling back to the latest stable version, then switching back to the most recent beta.

Yes, it should be fixed, not everything is documented in these changelogs.

I'm having the same issue again. I'm on m4 mac and this is for 1.56 public beta. in fact i tested, it crashes in all versions above 1.37. below works fine. 1.38 and above crashes. I notice that 1.38 is the first version that has a different loading screen, maybe thats the problem, the menu screen?
