Rest stops are not functional [228015]

100% repro

So far only tested in one place - Croatia-Serbia border, a huge rest area there, but possible it happens elsewhere.
Most of parking areas are not functional, there's no prompt no matter how you park.

Also some other areas nearby are quite hard to find to perfect spot thanks to the way they're implemented (viewtopic.php?p=1849127#p1849127) perhaps we should have a thread for all those?
