Did SCS ever release a full version of ATS.. All I see is a older version ATS 1.48.1.. But mine say it is still in beta 1.48.5.16s..

1.48.5 is the current beta.

I don't remember signing up for this beta. But what is the number for the none beta version.. I only see the 1.48.1..

Not using a beta has no number. Just choose the first option, lettered as "None".
