West balkans not working on 1.48 [NOT A BUG]

hello, i bought and first played west balkans on 1.48.5, after that i downgraded because of mods. when i started playing 1.48 i hadf all dlc´s except the west balkans. and no the dlc is in the game i tried it at 1.47 and it worked but in 1.48 it says me that i have to buy it please help. i cant insatll mods now because they all require all dlc´s

DLC work on the version they are released on or higher. They will never work on older versions.

why do the other work? i bought all dlc`s in 1.48.5 and the other mods require west balkan and because i dont have it i cant play any mods

whats the minimum version to play West Balkan DLC?

The other DLC's work because they were released on versions 1.48 or below.

1.48.5 is the minimun for West Balkans.
