The current build for the dedicated servers doesn't work with the latest client update. Back dating to temporary_1_48_5 - 1.48.5.x for incompatible mods doesn't work either.

Now I can see American Truck Simulator Dedicated Server executable has got an new update to support 1.48.5.

If you have already from before, it will appear as an update in Steam.

If you don't have Dedicated servers executeable, there is a bit old blog post from December 2022 about Dedicated servers for convoy that includes ID number you have to search in the search field in Library section of Steam:
