[West Balkans DLC] Koper, building spawn suddenly. [232740]

Hello I just noticed that when you are using the exterior camera in the city of Koper there are a big building that spawn suddenly when you are near to it, and if you move de camera(without moving the truck) away from the building it dissapear another time.

Always reproducible.
Win 10 64bits
