Better Flares doesn't change truck interiors. Better Raindrops Truck Addon does, do you have it perhaps? Or any other truck/interiors mods?

You have another mod that messes other mods, try to find that one. Start from physics, interior and truck mods.

Had the same issue once.

Could you please add the line "mp_mod_optional: true" to the manifest.sii file for all your mods? You've done it for some, but not for others.
