Pax Dei 7-day trial is now available on Steam.
Pax Dei is a openworld sandbox mmorpg-like game set in a medieval world.
It's all about crafting, and building a house.
Or if you join a group, build a castle ! or whatever crazy you want to built ...
You can buy up to 8 plots to build anything you want on those.
Game is still in development, as there are not many open-world bossfights (yet), but mind you ... when going out on adventure, be sure you've made yourself some decent armour and weapons !!
Even simple wildlife can kill you if you're not well equipped...
Full game is now on sale on Steam, or just try the free 7-day trial.

Looks good, but reading the reviews makes you stay out of it. I guess the "free play" is a way to lure gamers into it, like games on phones/tablets. If taking the bait you have to keep paying to be able to continue playing

that's the case with most mmo's , a monthly fee.
tho some are free to play, like Lotro.
