No, you are not right, but I do not want to argue this to dead. So again, whatever you say...
AND if you are satisfied with you own interpretation, it's okay with me.

prove it if you can or be quiet.

facts

IBIZA - Coordinates 38.98°N ...
Oahu - Coordinates 21°28′N ...

so as you can see BOTH are on the same northern hemisphere! So if you have summer in europe you also have summer in hawaii!

and here is nice table with temperatures on IBIZA
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ibiza#Climate

This is prove that game is taking place in summer.

Prove what? It's impossible to prove you wrong, because your only prove things which is inside you head.
It is nowhere stated which time of year we are in Hawaii, so your prove is a date you making up.
TDU2 does not have 4 season in game, so coords of the Island which all can find on net, makes no sense.
I would rather like to know coords of the sun, based on a data from Atari, and not something you making up.
But I will be quiet from now on, and you can takes it as you like. Somebody has to say stop.

AS, give up mate, you're beating a dead horse. She ain't getting up no more. The bug was answered on page one. We got a vague hint that SCS might fix it if and when they implement seasons. It's take it or leave it. That's all she wrote. The fat lady's done. Elvis has left. I'm running out of idioms. Help.
