Real Classic AI Country Spawns Add-on for Traffic_Maniac

They really have a low spawn rate, it's hard to see them. What does shock me is seeing classic western vehicles in countries that were once in Soviet orbit. In Hungary should be easier to see a Trabant than a Ford Fiesta mk1.

Add-on has been updated to version 11.6.8 for ETS2 1.54!

- REWORKED spawns for all countries - basically classic cars are now rarer and they follow the country's history more accurately.
- Added spawns for Armenia and Azerbaijan
