[Texas DLC] Invisible barrier between Amarillo and Adrian when not owning New Mexico DLC

Bug report

Applies to: Texas DLC
Description: An invisible barrier which should not cross a marked road if not owning the New Mexico DLC.
Location: On a south service road parallel to I-40 between Amarillo and Adrian, on the section between the entry ramp to I-40 (heading Amarillo) and the Grand Pastures depot.
Game version: 1.49.3.14
Data: Invisible barrier ;[22/03/2024 10:01:40] (sec-0008+0005);-29744.6;53.3159;20517.7;1.22359;-0.317615
Reproducibility: Always reproducible as long as New Mexico DLC is not owned.
Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit

The above mentioned bug is still present in 1.50 releases, including the latest one (1.50.1.14s).
The invisible barrier now also affects the south main corridor of I-40, carrying eastbound traffic.
As a result, when not owning New Mexico DLC, players are only able to go eastbound from the Vitas Power dopot in Adrian via the northern frontage road to avoid both visible and invisible barriers or going the wrong way.
